Warif Studio respects your privacy and handles your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations.

Who we are

What we collect

• Through the “Start a project” form: your name, mobile number, email, preferred way of contact, your brand’s name, sector, city and website or social account, your timeline and budget if you choose to give them, your message, and any files you attach, such as a brief, your current logo or references.
• Through the contact form and the enquiry window: your name, mobile number, email, preferred way of contact and your message.
• If you become a client: the details we need to carry out the project and issue quotations and invoices, and your comments and approvals on the designs we send you.
• Limited technical data needed to run the website and protect it from spam, such as your IP address. We do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it

We use your data to answer your request, prepare our proposal, carry out the project and keep you informed of its progress, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We rely on the consent you give on the form, and on what is needed to enter into and perform a contract with you. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who can see it

Only the members of our team who work on your request or project. We use service providers for hosting, file storage and email; they process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. Some of them may store data outside the Kingdom; where they do, we put in place the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry that did not become a project for up to two years and then delete it. Project and invoicing records are kept for as long as the law requires. Attached files are kept in private storage that only our authorised team can open.

Your rights

• To know how your data is collected and why it is processed.
• To ask for a copy of your data.
• To ask for your data to be corrected or completed.
• To ask for your data to be erased once it is no longer needed.
• To withdraw your consent at any time.

To use any of these rights, write to info@wariif.com and we will reply within the period the law sets. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

We publish any change to this policy on this page, with its date.
